‘Off Road’ wheelchairs

Posts I just saw an ad for this chair: https://notawheelchair.com.
It may be suitable for many of our community. It does require good upper body strength as the steering is manual.
It seems to only be available in North America so far but it is a new company and may expand.
It kinda looks like a cycle car from the 1910 to 1920s.

Is there a reason for two handed steering, or could it be adapted to use a joystick?
