Travelling with a Chronic Illness
Hello all.
I am new Travel Agent/Advisor and am thinking of gearing myself to helping those with disabilities and chronic illnesses to have a great vacation. I myself suffer from Crohns Disease so at times it can be a challenge. I would love some feedback on my latest blog post, Traveling with a disability or chronic illness.

Great info!
Have you heard of issues with bringing medication to counties where it may be banned? I know Japan has some strict rules and heard the same for UAE…
Josh,. I have not heard about that. It is definitely something I am going to look into. Thank you so much for the tip. We are always taught to bring the bottle, but I guess if a country has banned the drug, it can still be an issue.
It can be a hassle:
I know one guy that flies from Australia to Europe but has to take a longer route via Thailand because he takes medicine that has a substance that is banned in UAE.
Maybe you could write a post about that for your site!
Thanks, for sharing this info. But as per the law suggests, there are some restrictions in countries related to drugs and medications.
You can also have issues bringing drugs across if they are over the counter drugs in one country but require a prescription in the country you are visiting. Always have paperwork for every medication.
