I’ve never flown on Air France before, but I have been on a number of others and the procedure is almost always the same. You can read about it here: https://www.tabifolk.com/forums/topic/nuts-and-bolts-of-flying-with-a-wheelchair/#post-4619
Unfortunately, you will need to get out of your wheelchair at the gate and use a special on-board wheelchair. If you need to use the bathroom, bigger airplanes often have a larger stall (but not all of them I don’t think…)

You will have to use on-board wheelchair for bathroom. you can not use your own wheelchair to get inside bathroom.
