Wheelchair Damage on Flights
The FAA is now going to be tracking the number of wheelchairs and scooters traveling domestically within the United States as well as how many are damaged doing travel. Hopefully, this will force airlines to take better care of peoples devices. Check out the article here.

Having someone (ie a regulator) watching over your shoulder really does promote better service.
