Thank you so much Maury-san for your always kind messages!
@spider Hi Spider Hart-san,
We are a travel agency specializing in wheelchair travel, but rather than for business purposes, we want to help all of you, so we will inform you honestly that
wheelchair seats (JR East Area) can now be purchased online on the Japanese-language Eki-net website.
Would you like to try booking in Japanese?

By the way, HAYABUSA 19 does not reach Sapporo (Hokkaido). It is best to choose another train bound for Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto!
Of course, we can also purchase your Shinkansen tickets in advance for all of Japan for you, so please feel free to request them if you wish.
Recently, wheelchair seats tend to be booked up quickly, so we highly recommend making your reservations as early as possible!
We wish you a wonderful trip in Japan!
