    Hi, It’s Dorene again,

    I’m flying from SFO to Bangkok through Shanghai on 11/11 and then returningĀ  from Phuket thru Shanghai on 11/20. Any idea how they are for folks with wheelchairs? So far haven’t been able to get through to them on the phone so I don’t have a bulkhead and they don’t know I have a disability (the trip was booked through a tour operator).
