This is an interesting initiative. Toronto has a desk for Air Canada, and JAL and ANA have special desks in Tokyo, but they are just for the airline. I like the idea of a general desk.

TravelLover and alliejay1 CommentThis is a great idea! I will say that some airline desks do provide some extra help in regards to disabled security queue locations and other helpful information. Would be nice to have a centralized location.
