I have only used Uber in the US (Miami, Frisco, NY) and was always very pleased with the service (no extra charge). But this was before 2016. Not that I wait long. I can transfer pretty quickly and a/dissemble the chair in a short space of time. In TelAviv Gett taxi-app is fantastic.
