  The Ferris Wheels at Sunshine Sakae in Nagoya (on the side of a building!) and at Kasai Rinkai Park in Tokyo are accessible too.

  In Osaka, Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel, located next to the aquarium, is also wheelchair accessible. I rode it late 2018 and it was pretty cool. If I remember correctly, not all cabins were wheelchair accessible and they helped you up with a ramp.
