I’m a wheelchair user and we flew from Heathrow to Singapore, stayed there a few days then on to Sydney with Singapore Air and they were amazing. In my experience it’s a combination of the airline and airport crew. I will never forget arriving in Iceland where both the Iceland air staff and the airport staff made an excellent effort.
