For a local train, no reservations are needed, you can just show up and ask for assistance.

Can you call a wheelchair accessible van on the Go app in Tokyo and Kyoto? For example, on the Uber app in NYC, I’m able to specify a van with wheelchair ramp when ordering a taxi. Is this possible on the Go app in these two cities?
