I just looked at the Amazon link from Japan and it said it ships to Japan, so, it is a possibility.
Obviously, it may take a bit of time but you could possibly ask the property owner if you could send it a bit in advance.
It is June 15th now, and it looks like it may take a week (June 21-26th arrival).
If you can create a Japanese Amazon account, you can have it delivered pretty fast. (Amazon Japan lets you set the language to English and use American credit cards.)
