We have used @ohayotravel to arrange some transportation for us and they were extremely friendly and easy to work with. It is possible to travel via trains in a wheelchair here so as you progress in your research and find where you would like to visit many people here know the specifics of how to help get you there. You and your wife will have a wonderful time!
