Reply To: Booking Wheelchair Seats on the Shinkansen
I helped some people the other day that booked their tickets through Klook. Then they just scanned a QR code at the designated shinkansen ticket machines and printed them out. In general, I am not a fan of using third parties, and this was just for 2 people, but you might want to look into them. Normally, I would dig into this further, but I am leading a tour bus of 30 at the moment.
