Hi,
Recently the law changed and all Airbnb’s needed to register with the government. Airbnb then removed all unregistered listings. So, any listing you see on Airbnb now should be legal and ok. Bear in mind that at times Airbnb listings that say they are accessible, may not be fully accessible.
