Unfortunately, they guy I knew in Kyoto changed jobs.
You may want to contact @takashi from Trip Designer (https://omakase-tour.com/), he does accessible trips in Tokyo and normal tours in outher cities. He is very knowledgable.
Which cities will you stop in? What are your accessibility needs? We can look up other options once we know that.
