Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch!
For an inclusive tour (airfare, hotels etc included), I cannot recommend Inside Japan Tours enough. Check out their adaptable accessible package: https://www.insidejapantours.com/self-guided-japan-holidays/i-wagrc/wheelchair-accessible-golden-route/ (you can customize it if you want)
If you already have your plane booked and hotels arranged you could:
- Talk to Sakamoto-san from Omakase Tours – http://omakase-tour.com/. They mostly do day tours but the guides can also do multi-day tours and already operate in various cities across Japan. So, even if you don’t see it as an option, send them an email saying we sent you.
- Otherwise, you could get tours for Tokyo (Viator) and Kyoto separately (KyoTours is our recommended operator in Kyoto, ask for Terin)
Hope this helps!
