I was recently on an overnight trip on AMTRAK. I am partially ambulatory so I don’t usually book the accessible room, but I did get a chance to photograph the accessible roomette (this is the one with two seats facing one another and the seats turn into bunk beds). It’s a good intro for AMTRAK. AMTRAK is not regularly used by the general public here, so even fewer know about its accessibility. It’s ‘hit and miss’ on where it is used regularly. The US is trying to get more younger people to use it beyond as a commuter or East Coast train.

Agree with Carlos that AMTRAK is a bit hit and miss.
I am a part time manual wheelchair user so I can get around the train ok and the in room toilet works well enough.
