While there are many historic railways which are not accessible, there are definitely some that are.

The Cascade Canyon Express in Durango, Colorado has wheelchair access via a lift in one of the carriages. Seats can be removed two allow two wheelchair users, and there is an accessible toilet available as well. (Be sure to let them know your needs when you book.)
