3- you can go to Shibuya and hakihabara. And https://www.ghibli-museum.jp/en/ if you like moovies but if i remember, it’ s a Little far Away and you have to réserve tickets early.

Regarding #1, why don’t you try calling the APA hotel you are booking directly? The consumer center for the entire group often does not disclose the phone number.
