I went to an event for Olympic and Paralympic host towns last week and had some incredible seafood tempura and ramen!

Looks sooo good! In the last picture, the big round tempura, is that a flattened scallop tempura or something?

The scallop, shell and all, were tempura fried. So, you kinda had to scrape it out. But totally worth it of course 😌
