      Oh no!  I haven’t missed a flight yet… must have been terrifying and frustrating to be asked to pay seeing it was their fault!!

      That was so heroic to offer to stay!  I’m glad everything worked out 🙂

      BTW, you are a great writer!  Had me riveted!

      Did you ever go by ferry after that?
