I visited the Hilton Hotel in Nagoya.
The hospitality and service are impeccable, with great accessibility as well.
To reach the pool there are 4 or 5 steps, so it is not possible to go with your wheelchair. Although, the staff is very supportive and is willing to do the best to help you if necessary.The closest station is Fushimi which is around 5 minutes.

Looks nice! Too bad about the pool though. Did you use the accessible room?

I didn’t use the accessible room, but they offered me one. I wanted to try the regular room and it was very good. The bathroom had a 1cm step but it was not an obstacle for a wheelchair. If I have another chance I will try the accessible room. 🙂
