Since buses here in the US have switched to ramps, I’ve only had one or two try to do this. I bring out my phone and threaten to record them. Even when ‘magically’ they remember how to employ the ramp manually, I still report them, asking the bus company to contact me. Sometimes, I get the same driver later and they just glare at me in silence, knowing not to mess with me.
