We just returned from a trip to Spain. I just wanted to highlight how pleasantly surprised we were with accessibility in Logroño. I am a manual wheelchair user and I was very happy to see that several of the underground parking garages had elevators and bathroom facilities.
The curbs/ramps are very well done so that they are almost never bumpy. There are plenty of benches to take rests for folks who need them and there are ramps built even in the historical parts of the city where making accessible accommodations is a bit more challenging.
We’ll definitely be back!

1Looks very nice and happy to read the town was quite accessible. Did you visit any other towns/cities such as Pamplona which is quite close to Longrono? Living in Switzerland Spain is always a good option for a holiday. All the best to you 😘😘
@TravelLover thank you for your kind words! We also love visiting Spain. We did not go to Pamplona this time but have been there before. The accessibility there is also really good. Next time I visit, I will remember to take pictures of sidewalks and ramps to post here.
