WCRTG: The SSR Code Airlines Desperately Need
A new special service request code could improve wheelchair users' flying experience, and help airline staff get on the same page.
Harrier28, Patty and alliejay1 CommentIn my experience there is often poor communication between the airline and the ground crew. Despite filling out all the required information on the website, I still have to remind the crew it’s my own wheelchair and then they contact the ground crew. 😔
