Airbnb and accessibility experiences
Normally I have avoided rental properties on Airbnb because I always felt a bit safer knowing there are staff nearby etc or of there was a problem with the room I could possibly switch by asking at the front desk.
I’ve come across a situation where the Airbnb may be better and more accessible than a hotel in the area…
What have your experiences been with Airbnb? Obviously, the host makes the difference, but what if things go wrong after arriving (ie room isn’t as accessible as stated), can Airbnb help?
