I have the opportunity to talk with a major airline about challenges and possible improvements for accessibility.

They want a variety of perspectives so I wanted to ask here about the needs and hopes of everyone.

The discussion has mostly to do with the airplane itself but all ideas are welcome!

What is a challenge for you onboard? What changes would you make to the plane to more comfortable?
