    This week, I came across a museum that had invested in audio descriptions of their main art works. Audio description is when a voice describes what something looks like. Staff noticed that sighted people also enjoyed listening to the description of the piece they were looking at. Then covid came, and the museum turned the descriptions into podcasts. The audience was invited to imagine the piece, only based on the description, and come to the museum later to see the actual thing…
