Thanks for your answers and if I did not answer yet or thank you officially it was because I have been trying to liaise with people stuck there. Unfortunately no great news yet, the problem for isolated people in those areas where the Russians are shelling every day now, is that they have little or no possibility for an accessible transfer. Trains ara available but to get on one… there are people that have been waiting for days at the stations and mostly these are not an option for people with delicate health and mobility issues.

I fact checked your suggestions and contacted a couple of options that looked more promising, let’s see. The next challenge is trying to help concretely the refugees with disability who make it out of Ukraine and need to relocate.
