We don’t have that here in the US and I don’t expect it to happen here because we’re still very ableist as a nation. And, right now, there are higher priorities, such as racists kidnapping people off the streets. (No, that is not an exaggeration.)
Here, it’s on an attraction-by-attraction basis. Some allow carers/caregivers to get free admission, but those are usually museums. Theme parks don’t because they want to get every dollar they can. There’s nothing in the ADA that requires free admission to anyone.
When it comes to how countries treat us, I don’t expect any one country to be as accessible as the other, nor do they have to be by law. They should, but they don’t.
