Reply To: Taj Mahal wheelchair accessibility
Hi!
Happy to answer your query. Taj Mahal is one of the most sought after destinations in India 🙂
Taj Mahal is visited regularly by many people with disabilities and has good accessibility levels. Except the main tomb level pretty much all area is accessible on a wheelchair.
India is an amazing destination to travel for people with disabilities but needs the perks of an expert who has the know how of everything and every place. With the assistance of an experienced accessible travel service provider like Planet Abled you can be rest assured that your experience would be a memorable one sans any unpleasant surprises.
The founder started the company due to the unpleasant travel experiences she had while travelling with her parents with disabilities. Hence the company is completely focussed on and passionate about making travel accessible and possible for all, come what may.
