I had the same experience. Packed *enough* for my 6 night stay in Tokyo. As my departure approached I obsessively counted and recounted the remaining catheters worried that I’d run out earlier than planned.
Note that at after I left home I must have been nervous about the trip because I got signals that I needed to ‘go’ a number of times…

I was going to suggest checking with the airline as medical equipment is usually separate.
