Are you using a manual wheelchair or power wheelchair?

Japan wheelchair taxi on Go app?
Can you call a wheelchair accessible van on the Go app in Tokyo and Kyoto? For example, on the Uber app in NYC, I’m able to specify a van with wheelchair ramp when ordering a taxi. Is this possible on the Go app in these two cities?

Would it be helpful to have instructions in Japanese for operating your chair and what not to do? Or would an English sign be fine? What has your experience been like in terms of wheelchair damage?
