Yes, it’s problematic to search accurate information on the net. Even if searching with words like “バリアフリー (barrier-free)” or “英語対応(English OK)” in Japanese, the search results are still iffy. Even if looking into each website, it’s hard to clarify if there are steps at the entrance and/or all facilities inside are accessible.
Here are additional findings:

Both are located in the buildings close to train stations, and hopefully no steps at the entrance because these buildings look relatively new.
