    Yes, this item gets three stars certification/sticker to show compliance with size/turn radius requirements for scooters. This means this item can get onboard on Shinkansen and other trains.

    Others are as;

    ISO certificate

    Japan Traffic Management Technology Association Certificate: 交K20-3

    TAIS (Technical Aids Information System) code: 00971-000006

    I don’t have pictures showing these certificates/labels on the product, but the manufacturer says it has all above.
