There are companies called HSA in Odawara (probably 20 min. by car from Hakone-Yumoto Station) and Hotoku Taxi in Hakone-Yumoto. They have a large cab with electric lift so they will be candidates?

Maybe there are some cars with lift for rent in Hakone/Odawara area but there was no good result by my quick search today.
