Reply To: Asking for accessible room in hotels
Hello Rebeca. My wife and I had a similar problem. There was quite a bit of back and forth. The unfortunate solution was to book a more expensive executive room with a large accessible bathroom. From my understanding, in many “business” and mid-priced hotels you will NOT be granted a free upgrade to an accessible room. Many of these hotels feature a modular bathroom that’s just plain inaccessible. Sorry to bring the bad news.
