Ditto to all Josh already said, but just want to add that the super big size diapers for kids are for children of up to 25-28kg, so depending on your kid’s weight, they could fit. Sold at most drugstores or even supermarkets. You can also find many options online and have them delivered to your accommodation. Here is an example of what they look like in Japan:
