Well, it’s wasn’t that easy, they really try to translate my medicinal letter, it’s written in English that I use wheelchair full time permanently. Specially in universal studios they asked for some ID, but I explain that here in my country it doesn’t have any ID like this, so it worked just fine. They don’t speak English fluently but it’s worth it to try explaining with an specialist medical letter
