Reply To: Seeking Info on Shower Chair and Toilet Safety Rails in Yokohama/Tokyo Area
Hi Justin:
I did find some hotels did offer me a shower seat and brought it to the room for me. I understand that you are renting an apartment so that may not be an option with them.
I am considering buying one I can disassemble and travel with for the future and in situations where that is not offered.
I have not decided on waht I might purchase (and I don’t know where you are located so not sure you could buy one of these and take it with you, luggage space allowing), but here are some I have seen:

Have you explored the option of buying something you can ship to your temporary address?
