Reply To: Tokyo Disneyland
This is the reply I got back from Tokyo Disney:
Dear Maree,
Thank you for contacting Tokyo Disney Resort.
Regarding a disability certificate, we would generally ask the applicable Guest to bring a certificate issued by the government of the Guest’s country of residence.
In case it is difficult to get it, a medical certificate or letter issued by the Guest’s doctor may also be fine.
However, it needs stating a name of disease and the Guest’s condition on it.
*If the disability certificate does not have a photo of the Guest, please present the original official photo ID (passport etc.) at the same time.1) 1-Day Passport (for Guests with Disabilities)
It can be purchased through our official website below.
https://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/ticket/index.html
*Up to one accompanying Guest may purchase a 1-Day Passport (for Guests with Disabilities) for each Guest with a certificate. On the day of visit, please make sure to bring a disability certificate (the original document, not a copy).
A Cast Member at the Park entrance will check the certificate at the time of admission.
The Guest without the original certificate cannot enter the Park. For further details, please refer to the following websites.

It can be requested after entering the Park.
With this service, a Guest who has difficulty standing in line for a long period will be able to wait at a separate area with all other members of the Guest’s party instead of in the queue until the designated time.In order to request this service, please present a disability certificate along with Park tickets for the entire party.
Again, please note that we do not accept any copy of the certificate.Checking the following links would also be appreciated.
