Reply To: Yokohama train station assistance
I am pretty sure every station has a wheelchair since they need to be prepared for a variety of situations (ie an elderly person fell, someone got heatstroke, etc).
But I would be sure to arrive with plenty of time as they might need to go fetch it from somewhere.
You may also consider renting a wheelchair for the time you are here.
