Hard call… the only thing I would say is that be sure to leave time to get back to your international airport in case there is a delay.
Miyakojima has pretty beaches but none are accessible as far as I know. Same for Ishigaki, but it has several islands to explore. The main island has a few accessible beaches but you will need a car / taxi to get around.
