Reply To: JAL or ANA airline
Hi
I have flown a joint Air Canada / ANA flight a few times without issue, but it was an Air Canada flight/crew etc…
However, I have flown both ANA and JAL numerous times within Japan and never had an issue with my 130kg power wheelchair.
There was an issue last year with someone flying from the States being told by ANA their wheelchair was too heavy, but it was a mistake and they were corrected by the transportation ministry. So, it should no longer be an issue, but if they say that – correct them!
