To make your travel a little easier, I think you should consider entering the country at Narita and departing from Kansai Airport. This will keep costs down.
In that case, for example, I could ask someone to attend to you in Tokyo until you board the Shinkansen at Tokyo Station, and I could wait for you at Shin-Osaka Station. Then I could take you and your many luggage in a car and escort you to your hotel. If you do the same to Kansai Airport, it will be less expensive and hassle than going back to Tokyo.
