Thank you for the information. But I do have one more idea.
Most of these rules are for riding the scooter onto the train.
And although my dad tires quickly when walking, hence the scooter idea…
He would be able to get up and walk onto the train.
Would it be acceptable to simply let him walk onto the train, and then fold the scooter to store it in the before mentioned “multipurpose room” ?
