Actually, my daughter also uses a wheelchair, but even for Japanese citizens, it takes a long time (2 to 3 hours at the longest) at the ticket counter to reserve a wheelchair seat on a route that has not been converted to app reservation. Since you are traveling to Japan, I feel that it would be nice if you could spend your time doing something more enjoyable instead of wasting it.
