This website introduces sightseeing in Nikko area with wheelchair .
To consider price of transportation, it is better to use train and bus.
And there are universal Taxi in Nikko.
But it is able to ride only two person including wheelchair user.
I think it is better to check 3 method of transportation at sightseeing area.
And pls avoid weekend, many persons will visit sightseeing area.
And end of March there are Sakura, you may able to see it many area.
We are wheelchair friendly Taxi, name is Asumi Transportation near Narita airport.
If you will move to or from Narita airport with big baggage, we could support.
