@will Will-san, I hope your problem has already been solved.
As 123eileens-san said, if you are coming back to Haneda Airport after staying Osaka, it would be a good idea to rent a wheelchair at Haneda Airport, as they offer a wheelchair rental service.
(If you are flying out from Kansai Airport, this service is not available)
We have been in touch with several wheelchair rental services this morning, but have not been able to find one that is available for same-day rental.
If a “manual” wheelchair would be OK, I have found one in Osaka.
